Republic Day, a historic and memorable day of our country, is celebrated every year because the law of our country ( Constitution) came into force on that date (26/1/1950) and our country was declared a democratic country. In which believers of all religions and members of different tribes and families got the right to live and live in this country with religious freedom. Our country became independent on August 15, 1947. Fifteen days after independence, in August 1947, it was decided that an independent India should have its own constitution, which would protect the rights of all its inhabitants and guarantee their prosperous and peaceful life. The Constituent Assembly formed a seven-member committee headed by Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. This committee prepared the constitution of the country after two years, eleven months and eighteen days (three years of continuous hard work), which was approved and enacted by the parliament of the country. According to this constitution, our country was called the Republic of India. (Democracy from Freedom: Muslims and Hindus scholars were among those who worked hard for the constitution, just as Muslims and Hindus scholars have been instrumental in liberating the country from British slavery. Significant efforts have been made to build the cradle of peace and love and to build on democratic values. Peace would have been shattered and not only Muslims but also other brothers of the country would have been subjected to religious narrow-mindedness and bigotry, deprived of rights and authority and forced to live as helpless, but their sacrifices and their unconditional concern for the nation. The result is that today our country is called a democratic country, where people of all religions are living with their religious freedom. They have the right to build and develop this country, its integrity, peace and love, civilization and trust You have the power to do whatever it takes to protect yourself. This is a bitter truth. The way in which the names of Muslims have been removed from the Mujahideen of Tehreek-e-Azadi with a plan and only a few names have been left out. In the same way, how the Muslims have invested their knowledge, ability, thought and hard work in manipulation has also been completely separated from the pages of history. On the contrary, we Muslims have a large number of people who do not even know that Muslims also took part in the constitution and worked for it.

There are also the names of the great people who interpreted the legislation on behalf of the Muslims and there are some who have played an unforgettable role in democratizing the country and for the rights and protections of the Muslims. Maulana Hasrat Mohani who was one of its important members and who has made a valuable effort in constitution making and continued to work till the end for appropriate and useful provisions. Maulana Hasrat Mohani also spoke effectively in the Constituent Assembly for the protection of family laws relating to Muslims. He also said that on the occasion of the drafting of the constitution, it wouldn't be interfered in the personal law of all religions and especially in the personal law of Muslims.

This is especially true of Muslims who have three basic principles of personal law which are religion, language and culture. Which are not made by human beings. The law of their personal divorce, marriage, and marriage is taken from the Qur'an al-Hakim and its translation is mentioned in it. Will be . JUSTICE, social, economic and political; LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;

EQUALITY of status and of opportunity;

and to promote among them all FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation;

IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twenty-sixth day of November, 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION.
