Republic Day, a historic and memorable day of our country, is celebrated every year because the law of our country ( Constitution) came into force on that date (26/1/1950) and our country was declared a democratic country. In which believers of all religions and members of different tribes and families got the right to live and live in this country with religious freedom. Our country became independent on August 15, 1947. Fifteen days after independence, in August 1947, it was decided that an independent India should have its own constitution, which would protect the rights of all its inhabitants and guarantee their prosperous and peaceful life. The Constituent Assembly formed a seven-member committee headed by Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. This committee prepared the constitution of the country after two years, eleven months and eighteen days (three years of continuous hard work), which was approved and enacted by the parliament of the country. According to this constitution, our country was called the Republic of India. (Democracy from Freedom: Muslims and Hindus scholars were among those who worked hard for the constitution, just as Muslims and Hindus scholars have been instrumental in liberating the country from British slavery. Significant efforts have been made to build the cradle of peace and love and to build on democratic values. Peace would have been shattered and not only Muslims but also other brothers of the country would have been subjected to religious narrow-mindedness and bigotry, deprived of rights and authority and forced to live as helpless, but their sacrifices and their unconditional concern for the nation. The result is that today our country is called a democratic country, where people of all religions are living with their religious freedom. They have the right to build and develop this country, its integrity, peace and love, civilization and trust You have the power to do whatever it takes to protect yourself. This is a bitter truth. The way in which the names of Muslims have been removed from the Mujahideen of Tehreek-e-Azadi with a plan and only a few names have been left out. In the same way, how the Muslims have invested their knowledge, ability, thought and hard work in manipulation has also been completely separated from the pages of history. On the contrary, we Muslims have a large number of people who do not even know that Muslims also took part in the constitution and worked for it.
There are also the names of the great people who interpreted the legislation on behalf of the Muslims and there are some who have played an unforgettable role in democratizing the country and for the rights and protections of the Muslims. Maulana Hasrat Mohani who was one of its important members and who has made a valuable effort in constitution making and continued to work till the end for appropriate and useful provisions. Maulana Hasrat Mohani also spoke effectively in the Constituent Assembly for the protection of family laws relating to Muslims. He also said that on the occasion of the drafting of the constitution, it wouldn't be interfered in the personal law of all religions and especially in the personal law of Muslims.
This is especially true of Muslims who have three basic principles of personal law which are religion, language and culture. Which are not made by human beings. The law of their personal divorce, marriage, and marriage is taken from the Qur'an al-Hakim and its translation is mentioned in it. Will be . I am loudly saying in this House that he will get into trouble, Muslims will not tolerate any interference in their personal affairs and if anyone has the courage to say so, let him announce ... ۔ Meanwhile, some members tried to intervene during the speech, on which Maulana Hasrat Mohani declared that he should be convinced that I declare on the floor of this House that Muslims in India should never tolerate interference in their personal affairs. They will have to face the iron wall of Muslim intentions on a daily basis. (Hasrat Mohani and Revolution) .
Mujahid Millat Maulana Hafiz-ur-Rehman Sewaharvi, who was a member of the Legislative Council and was the Nazim-e-Amumi of Jamiat Ulema-i-Hind, Mujahid Millat has also made significant efforts in drafting the constitution.
Advocate Adeel Abbasi writes that the greatest favor he has bestowed on the Nation of Islam is the present structure of the Constitution of India. Maulana Hafiz-ur-Rehman has a big hand in their compilation and compilation. Mujahid Millat Maulana (Hafiz-ur-Rehman Sewaharvi A Political Study) Mr. Mohammad Sulaiman Sabir Sahib writes: “Ordinary people may call the membership of the Constituent Assembly a great honor. Rather, he accepted the membership of the Constitution or the Legislative Assembly because he was a national member from the very beginning had been . The main objective of the British era was to liberate the country and the most important task after gaining independence was to give the country a democratic constitution which would not allow any citizen of any religion to have superiority over another. Rather, all are equal in the eyes of the law. It was the result of the efforts of a broad-minded member like Hazrat Maulana that the country was given a secular constitution. (Mujahid-e-Millat Maulana Hafiz-ur-Rehman Sewaharvi A Political Study)A sample of the thoughts and efforts of these two gentlemen was presented. The personality of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and his services are very clear. It is a fact that Muslims also have played a vital role in making this country a democracy and Muslims are not only for themselves but for all Indians. They have been trying. Today, on the memorable occasion of Republic Day, the names of all these benefactors and their roles have been forgotten and all of them spend this historic day with their own ignorance and ignorance. The integrity of the country is required. For the survival of Ganga-Jamni civilization, mutual sincerity and love, for the protection of peace and order, those who put their thoughts and talents to build in a democratic manner should also be remembered and formally mentioned and told how As a result, the country became a democracy, otherwise other minorities would have to live a life of slavery. If today we have in this regard. If they prove negligence and carelessness then no one will be interested in this in future. Today, the democracy and integrity of this country is in danger. Attempts to make the country a Honduras and to paint it in a special color are in full swing. It is necessary otherwise our beloved country will be burnt in the fire of hatred and the wave of sectarianism will destroy it.
In last let's have a look at the Preamble of the Indian Constitution
